Katakana Literary Work

  1. Katakana words:
    ホオー:wind blowing through the trees
    カサ:rustling sound in leaves
    ジャー:sound of rushing water
    グット:used to denote concentration
    フンカフンカ:sniffing noises
    ワカワカ:denotes excitement
    シュー:shows quick movement
    ワンワン:Dog's name (onomatopoeia of a dog barking)

    Many of these katakana words were used to show sound effects or used as loan words.

  3. ケリーさん!あなたのまんがはすごいですね!Choice of animal names がすきですよ。It's very clever and creative! I like how you use Katakana for all the onomatopoeia. Drawing がじょうずですね!The only thing I would change or add, is to have maybe one or two more ways of incorporating Katakana so that you can use it for another purpose, too. Good luck!
